摘要:隨著電子信息技術的飛速發展,控制技術日漸應用于各個領域。燃油凈化系統是保證船舶動力裝置正常工作的重要前提,分油機又是燃油凈化系統的重要設備之一,因此分油機對整個船舶來說顯得尤為重要,對分油機的控制要求就很高,本文在充分分析船舶分油機工作原理的基礎上,提出采用西門子公司的s7-200plc作為控制器。結合分油機實際的控制要求,設計實現了船舶分油機的控制。經過在某船舶上的使用表明,該控制系統工作穩定,維護方便,滿足船上的分油要求。達到預期的研究效果。

abstract:with the rapid development of electronic information technology, control technology increasingly used in various fields. fuel purification system is to ensure normal operation of marine power plant an important prerequisite for the fuel oil purifier purification system is one of the important equipment, the oil separator on the ship, it is particularly important for the control requirements of purifier is very high, full analysis of this ship in the oil separator on the basis of principle, put forward using siemens s7-200plc as a controller. oil separator with the actual control requirements, design and implementation of the marine oil separator control. through the use of ships in a show that the control system is stable, easy to maintain, to meet the oil requirements of the sub-board. study to achieve the desired effect.
