                abstract:electrochemical machining (ecm) has many advantages, such as wide material range, high productivity and high surface quality. therefore, it is widely used in aerospace, mold processing and other fields. programmable logic controller (plc) has the advantages of easy programming, flexible configuration, convenient installation and so on. it is applied to various control fields. the touch screen can effectively reduce the number of buttons on the operation panel of the electrolytic machine control cabinet and reduce the difficulty of the wiring. plc is connected to the servo drive through the high speed pulse output port to control the servo motor, thus controlling the cathode to move forward or back at different speeds. the plc and touch screen are connected through the communication cable to realize the visualization of the control process and enhance the convenience of the operation.
