在無任何原理圖狀況下要對一塊比較陌生的電路板進行維修,以往的所謂“經驗”就難有作為,盡管硬件功底深厚的人對維修充滿信心,但如果方法不當,工作起來照樣事倍功半。那么,怎樣做才能提高維修效呢?根據我公司進口設備維修中心統計出來的資料,應遵循以下幾個步驟、按順序有條不紊的進行。
方法一:先看后量
使用工具:萬用表、放大鏡
當手拿一塊待修的電路板,良好的習慣首先是應對其進行目測,必要時還要借助放大鏡,看什么呢?
主要看:
1、是否有斷線;
2、分力元件如電阻、電解電容、電感、二極管、三極管等時候存在斷開現象;
3、電路板上的印制板連接線是否存在斷裂、粘連等;
4、是否有人修過?動過哪些元器件?是否存在虛焊、漏焊、插反等操作方面的失誤;
在確定了被修無上述狀況后,首先用萬用表測量電路板電源和地之間的阻值,通常電路板的阻值都在70-80?以上,若阻值太小,才幾個或十幾個歐姆,說明電路板上有元器件被擊穿或部分擊穿,就必須采取措施將被擊穿的元器件找出來。具體辦法是給被修板供電,用手去摸電路板上各器件的
溫度,燙手的講師重點懷疑對象。若阻值正常,用萬用表測量板上的阻、二極管、三極管、場效應管、撥段開關等分力元件,其目的就是首先要確保測量過的元件是正常的,我們的理由是,能用萬用表解決的問題,就不要把它復雜化。
碳達峰、碳中和”是中國發展的重大戰略決策,而工業園區在其中扮演著極為重要的落地角色。此次白皮書的發布,可以為中國園區在綠色低碳發展方面提供可參照的衡量指標和寶貴經驗。未來,我們期待能有更多的園區參與到綠色低碳發展中來。該白皮書將持續更新,根據更多園區綠色低碳發展的狀態和進步來完善評估體系,繼續識別和鼓勵在此方面有突出成就的園區,共同助力中國實現‘雙碳’目標。

在全球應對氣候危機的背景下,園區作為中國產業和經濟發展的重要承載形式,在提供了大量基礎設施和公共服務的同時,也是主要的碳排放源頭之一。因此,科學評估園區的低碳發展水平成為了“雙碳”戰略下一個重要話題。此次發布的白皮書建立并使用了中國園區低碳發展進程評估框架(PDI),從表現力、發展力和影響力三大緯度對32家園區的低碳發展進程和成效進行了全方位的調研和評估。通過調研可以發現,園區在低碳發展上普遍面臨難以精準科學降碳、驅動力不足、缺乏整體政策和創新抓手、對綠色金融創新工具的應用缺乏等挑戰。
