2、R48-1000高頻開關電源模塊主要功能和特點
a.熱插拔：整流模塊采用無損傷熱插拔技術，其輸出和輸入都有軟啟動單元，當模塊插入系統時，不會引起系統輸出電壓的擾動。更換模塊時間小于1分鐘。
b.數字化均流：整流模塊采用先進的數字化均流技術，無需監控模塊，模塊間可以自動均流，均流不平衡度小于1.5A。
c.輸入限功率控制：整流模塊根據輸入電壓和輸出電壓的變化，采用先進的限功率控制方法。轉換點在176V。當輸入電壓在176Vac～290Vac時，模塊可以輸出大功率；當輸入電壓在85Vac～176Vac時，使其在低輸入電壓時既保證大負載需求，又能保證模塊的可靠工作
4、更換整流模塊注意事項  
1．檢查新整流模塊是否有損壞。 
2．松開整流模塊的把手固定螺釘。  
3．按壓整流模塊把手，待把手彈出后抓住把手將整流模塊拉出機架。此時請盡量小心，剛剛退出工作的模塊外殼表面溫度還很高，注意抓緊模塊以免跌落損壞。  
4．抓住新整流模塊把手，緩慢將整流模塊推進到插框，確保輸入、輸出插座連接良好。整流模塊運行指示燈經過短時延遲后會點亮，風扇運轉。 
5．檢查新的整流模塊工作是否正常。包括：監控模塊是否能識別新整流模塊；是否和其他整流模塊均流；當重新拔出該整流模塊時，觀察監控模塊上是否有相應告警。若各項檢驗都正常，則更換上的整流模塊運行正常。
6．將把手推進前面板以固定該整流模塊。
7．固定整流模塊的把手固定螺釘。

4. Notices for Replacing Rectifier Module
1. Check whether the new rectifier module is damaged.
2. Release the handle screw of the rectifier module.
3. Press the handle of the rectifier module and pull the rectifier module out of the rack when the handle pops out. At this time, please be as careful as possible. The surface temperature of the shell of the module just quit work is still very high. Pay attention to grasping the module to avoid falling and damage.

5. Check whether the new rectifier module works properly. Including: whether the monitoring module can identify the new rectifier module; whether it shares the current with other rectifier modules; when the rectifier module is re-pulled out, observe whether there are corresponding alarms on the monitoring module. If all the tests are normal, the replacement rectifier module will run normally.
