用途與特點：

放料：采用磁粉張力、氣漲軸放卷 上膠：根據膠型不同，所選擇的機器上膠裝置也不同。油性膠用刮刀；油膠與水膠兩用型的，采用逗型刀

烘箱：長度根據產量大小而定。采用電加熱管加熱

傳動：采用調速電機

收卷：摩擦片收卷、磁粉張力氣漲軸中心收卷（可選）

水膠復合機

 用途： 

   主要適用于卷材與卷材、或卷材與片材之間的涂布復合。如羊羔絨、搖粒絨、長毛絨、雞皮絨、海綿、布類、EVA、人革、噴膠絲棉等原材料。***應用于服裝、鞋帽、箱包、手套、皮衣、汽車內飾、玩具等原料上膠貼合。 

 特點： 

1、涂布復合時采用白乳膠水作粘合劑和***網帶壓著使之復合成為一層，同時網帶具有自動糾偏功能，使得復合出來的材料整齊、平整、不跑偏等優點 

2、整機操作系統采用變頻聯動同步控制。 

3、根據不同材料的特性可更改部分裝置來實現***終所需。
