EVA海綿布料水膠復合機 

適用膠型：水性白乳膠

復合范圍：海綿、布類、人革、無紡布、EVA等加厚材料需要雙烘筒再次加溫的復合。

主要配置：

1放料裝置：機架、導布輥.、大力拑。

2.上膠裝置：膠輥花紋***細致，用不銹鋼刮刀，******，刮膠均勻。

3.牽引裝置：鏈條動力牽引。

4.烘筒壓合：烘筒內裝有電機熱管30根，預熱時間短，烘筒內加裝灌裝導熱油，使兩端與表面溫度基本 保持一致。5.傳動部分：采用國產變頻器調速電機，變頻聯動，機器同步運轉平穩。

6.切邊裝置：在復合后材料收卷前切邊，裝有調整手柄易于操作，切邊時不卡滯，廢料能順利落地。

7.收卷裝置：采用磁粉張力氣漲軸中心收卷，并采用液壓自動對邊，卷布效果好。準確方便。

操作要求：

操作者只有在完全熟悉，掌握機器的性能，工作原理后方可操作本設備。本設備必須有專人操作，非操作人員不能亂開，亂動。
生產前應檢查電纜、斷路器、接觸器、電機等電器是否符合要求。
生產前須檢查三相電源是否均衡，嚴禁缺相啟動設備。
生產期應檢查各旋轉接頭是否安全，管路是否暢通，有無破損，漏油，并及時排除。
生產前須將熱油機打開，待溫度升至工藝要求溫度后，方可生產。生產前應檢查各氣壓表壓力是否正常，氣路有無漏氣，并及時修復.
設備大批量生產前，應先做小量試驗，成功后方可大批生產。
生產前，應檢查各液壓站、減速機、軸承瓦盒、絲杠等潤滑情況，應正確及時的加注液壓油和潤滑油。
停機后，必須及時清洗膠槽及刮膠附件，網紋輥，清除機器各部分殘膠及污垢，以備下次使用。

Operational requirements:

Operators can operate the equipment only after they are fully familiar with the performance and working principle of the machine. The equipment must be operated by a special person, and non-operator can not be disorderly opened and disturbed.

Before production, electrical appliances such as cables, circuit breakers, contactors and motors should be inspected to meet the requirements.

Before production, it is necessary to check whether the three-phase power supply is balanced or not, and startup equipment without phase is strictly prohibited.

During the production period, it should check whether the rotary joints are safe, whether the pipeline is smooth, whether there is any damage, oil leakage, and timely removal.

The hot oil engine must be turned on before production, and can be produced only after the temperature is raised to the required temperature of the process. Before production, check whether the pressure of each barometer is normal, whether there is air leakage in the air passage, and repair it in time.

Before large-scale production of equipment, small-scale test should be done before large-scale production can be achieved.

Before production, the lubrication conditions of hydraulic stations, reducers, bearing bushes, screw, etc. should be checked, and the hydraulic oil and lubricating oil should be injected correctly and timely.

After shutdown, the rubber trough and scraper accessories, mesh rollers must be cleaned in time to remove residual glue and dirt from all parts of the machine for next use.
