<\/span>\r \rHZA<\/span><\/span>系列制氮機是根據變壓吸附原理,采用高品質的碳分子篩作為吸附劑,在一定的壓力下,從壓縮空氣中制取氮氣。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r <\/span>\r\r進氣<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>空壓機把一定壓力的空氣壓進輸送管道<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>再通過壓縮空氣凈化系統去除其中的水分、油分和灰塵等雜質,到達空氣緩沖罐<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>經空氣緩沖罐輸送到兩只吸附塔中。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r <\/span>\r\r吸附<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>當經過儲氣罐中的空氣進入吸附塔中<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>在壓力作用下<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>氧氣、二氧化碳被迅速吸附<\/span>. <\/span><\/span>在吸附未達到平衡時,氮在氣相中被富集起來,形成成品氮氣。然后減壓至常壓,吸附劑脫附所吸附的氧氣等其它雜質,實現再生。一塔吸附產氮,另一塔脫附再生<\/span>. <\/span><\/span>使兩塔交替循環工作,以實現連續生產高品質氮氣之目的。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r <\/span>\r\r出氣<\/span>:<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/b>當吸附過程進行到**時刻時<\/span>(<\/span><\/span>氮氣對氧氣的吸附最小<\/span>),<\/span><\/span>打開出氣閥門<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>輸出成品氮氣到氮氣緩沖罐。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r <\/span>\r\r均壓:<\/span><\/span><\/b>排氣過程完成后<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>塔內尚有一定壓力純度的氮氣混合氣<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>如果排掉非常可惜<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>于是直接將其排入另外一個吸附塔一起和接下來沖入的空氣一起進行再吸附<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>這個過程因為到兩塔壓力相等時便結束<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>于是稱為均壓。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r <\/span>\r\r排氣:<\/span><\/span><\/b>均壓完成后<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>需要將塔內被分子篩吸附的氣體釋放出去為下一次吸附作準備<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>程序自動將打開排氣閥<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>使塔內壓力回到初始狀態<\/span>,<\/span><\/span>并把分子篩重新具備吸附新空氣的能力。<\/span><\/span>\r<\/p>\r <\/span><\/div>
