本機是為熱灌裝生產線后期瓶蓋消毒而設計的專用設備。它是以電機減速機通過鏈輪帶動特殊的輸送鏈，使包裝容器在輸送中實現在線倒瓶，達到工藝要求的殺菌時間，再自動直立，從而實現從倒瓶倒殺菌再到直立的過程。
根據客戶的需要，可進行直道倒瓶和彎道倒瓶的設計，并可根據客戶要求的生產線長度或殺菌時間進行殺菌機的特殊設計及電機功率配置。
overview
this machine is designed for hot filling production line later cap disinfection dedicated equipment. it was based on the motor reducer by sprocket drive special conveyor chain, to realize online in transport packaging container bottle, meet the process requirements of the sterilization time, and then automatically upright, so as to realize from the bottle, pour the sterilization again the process of upright.
according to the needs of customers for straight bottle and bend down the design of the bottle, and can according to the customer the requirements of the production line length or sterilization time for sterilization machine of special configuration design and motor power.
