產品適用范圍:電鍍實驗<\/td> | 加工定制:否<\/td><\/tr><\/table> 容量:267CC<\/p> 一:簡介<\/span><\/p> 哈氏槽又稱<\/span>霍爾槽<\/span>,<\/span>赫爾槽<\/span>,HULL CELL<\/span>是一種對電鍍溶液既簡單又實用的試驗槽,<\/span><\/p>系為<\/span>R.O.Hull<\/span>先生在<\/span>1939<\/span>年所發明的。有<\/span>267 CC<\/span>、<\/span>534 CC<\/span>及<\/span>1000 CC<\/span>三種型式,<\/span><\/p>但以<\/span>267<\/span>**常用。可用以式驗各種鍍液,在各種電流密度下所呈現的鍍層情形,以找<\/span><\/p>出實際操作**的電流密度,屬于一種<\/span>"<\/span>經驗性<\/span>"<\/span>的試驗。通常的做法是將表面故意皺折的<\/span><\/p>陽極,放在圖中的第<\/span>2<\/span>邊<\/span>(<\/span>故意皺折是使其表面積與面對的陰極片相等<\/span>)<\/span>,將陰極放在第<\/span><\/p>4<\/span>邊,至于所用之電流密度及時間則隨各種鍍液而不定,須不斷試做以找出標準條件。鍍<\/span><\/p>后可將陰極片的下緣,對準<\/span>"<\/span>哈氏標尺<\/span>"<\/span>上某一所用電流密度處,即可看出陰極片上**區<\/span><\/p>域所對應的實際電流密度。哈氏槽還有另一用途,是將陽極放在第<\/span>1<\/span>邊而將陰極放在第<\/span>3<\/span><\/p>邊,亦可看出陰極片上最左側低電流區的鍍層情形。<\/span><\/p> <\/p>
