垂直管道支架翼板_CZ2垂直管道支架翼板，由4塊按標準規定的尺寸裁剪的異形鋼板構成，與管道以焊接的形式連接，適用于無保溫管道，有三種用途，可當做：支架、固定支架、導向支架。當用作支架時，翼板支點應與支持面保持接觸；當用作固定支架時，翼板支點應與支持面焊牢，焊縫高度不小于規定K值；當用作導向支架時，翼板支點應與支持面脫開一定的間隙Δ值，Δ值應大于管道的熱位移值。CZ2垂直管道支架翼板的制作材質為A3。標記示例：垂直管翼板DW245，CZ2-245。CZ2垂直管道支架翼板類似于西北電力設計院頒布的1983年頒《火力發電廠汽水管道支吊架設計手冊》中的Z9立管支承板，其作用基本相同。

支吊架從限制性可分為3類：固定架、導向架和支托架。
支吊架從力學性能又可分為剛性支架和彈性支架。
剛性支架從理論上說，其剛度為無窮大，在外力荷載的作用下沒有變形，一般用于無垂直位移的地方。
彈性支架是利用彈簧所具有一定的剛度，在外力荷載的作用下可以變形，（位移），彈簧支架在彈簧工作范圍內，管道有小的變形過程時，不會完全失去其分配荷載，從而控制荷載轉移量。彈簧支架一般用于管段在垂直方向有熱位移的場所，引起管道支點的位置變化，若該點為剛性支吊架，將會妨礙管段的位置變化，或使管段脫離支吊架，致使管道產生過大的力和應力，并可能對管道自身、設備或相鄰管道等造成不良影響。如果采用彈簧管托、管吊則不會產生這種現象。彈簧支吊架分為兩大類：可變彈簧支吊架分和恒力彈簧支吊架。
