HKW9700-F-H thermal protector has small dimension; insulation shell;

sensitive and long life time. Its widely use in new energy battery;

motor; power; ballast; transformer;integrated circuit and

electrical equipment’s overheat and overload double protection.

2 結構特點Structural features

HKW9700-F-H系列熱保護器是采用一定幾何形狀的雙金屬片，無需輔助機構，僅靠雙金屬片的自身感溫和電流熱效應，使雙金屬元件的狀態發生快速變化，直接帶動觸點實現自動切斷和接通電路，起到過熱、過載保護作用。

HKW9700-F-G thermal protector use unique bimetal and don’t need more auxiliary parts. Using bimetal Self-sensing temperature and Current thermal effect to change the bimetal’s shape to control the electric circuit cut off or contact on. Overheat and overload double protection.

 Plastic shell塑殼：20*8*4MM; 鐵殼：20*7.8*3.8

 Contact type動作分為：常開/常閉 Normal closed or normal opened   

熱保護器的外殼 可以配安裝支架。Optional mounting bracket

5 產品性能performance

5.1額定電流rated power(COS∮=0.7)

DC 12V-12A 24V-8A、AC 250V-5A 125V 7A 可訂做10A

5.2斷開溫度action temp：30℃～150℃; 復位溫度reset temp 20℃～110℃。

5.3抗拉力試驗:產品的引線端應能承受大于或等于20N拉力,導線無斷裂、滑出。

Tensile test:≥20N，No breaks or slips out of the wire

5.4絕緣電壓:Insulation voltage

a.產品在斷開時的引線之間應能承受AC660V,歷時1min而無擊穿閃絡現象;

In the power off state the insulation voltage between two wires should accept AC660V one minute withoutbreakdown and flashover.

 b.產品引線與絕緣外殼之間能承受AC1800V,歷時1S而無擊穿閃絡現象;

The insulation voltage between the wires and shell should accept AC1800V 1 second withoutbreakdown and flashover.

5.5絕緣電阻:在正常條件下,引線與絕緣外殼之間的絕緣電阻在100MΩ以上。

Insulation resistance:≥100MΩ

5.6接觸電阻:產品的接觸電阻應不大于50mΩ。

Contact resistance：≤50mΩ

5.7耐高溫試驗:產品置于額定動作溫度50℃的空氣環境中保持96h。

High temperature test：The product is kept in an air environment over 50°C for 96 h

5.8耐低溫試驗:產品置于-40℃空氣環境中保持96h。

Low temperature test：The product is kept in an air environment of -40°C for 96 h

5.9抗振試驗: 熱保護器應能承受振幅1.5mm,頻率變化10～55Hz，掃描變化周期3～5次/min，

振動方向X、Y、Z，每個方向各連續振動2h。

Anti-vibration test：The thermal protector should be able to withstand an amplitude of 1.5mm, a frequency change of 10 to 55Hz, and a scan change period of 3 to 5 times/min.

The vibration directions X, Y, and Z are continuously vibrated for 2 h in each direction.

5.10跌落試驗:產品自0.7m高度自由落下1次。

Drop test：The product is free to fall from a height of 0.7m one time.

5.11抗壓試驗:產品應能承受100N靜壓力1min。

Compression test:The product should be able to withstand 100N static pressure for 1min

5.7,5.8,5.9,5.10,5.11項試驗后應滿足下列條件:

The additional condition after the 5.7---5.11 test.

1. a. 斷開溫度變化應在初期值的+7℃以內;

The tolerance of off temp within±7℃

b.接觸電阻應在100mΩ以下;

 Contact resistance≤100mΩ

c.外形應無明顯變形;

he shape should be free of obvious deformation

d.導線無開裂損傷。

No cracking damage to the wire

6 壽命 life time

產品在額定電壓、電流、功率因數為0.7的條件下,外加熱源使其動作4000次,應滿足下面條件:

The product is rated at voltage, current and power factor of 0.7.after 4000 cycles action

a斷開溫度變化應在初始值的+5℃以內; The tolerance of off temp within ±5℃.

b接觸電阻應在50mΩ以下; contact resistance≤50mΩ.

c繼續試驗至6000次后能動作;cycle life time over 6000 times.

7 其它事項:matters need attention

7.1斷開溫度檢測的升溫速率應控制為1℃/1min;

7.1The temperature rise rate for disconnection temperature detection should be controlled to 1°C / 1 min

7.2使用過程中產品不能承受強烈沖擊力及壓迫力;

7.2The product cannot withstand strong impact and pressure during use.
