氣過濾器

燃氣過濾器廣泛用于冶金、化工、石油、造紙、醫藥、食品、采礦、電力、城市、家庭等用氣領域。燃氣過濾器是輸送介質管道上不可缺少的一種裝置，通常安裝在減壓閥、泄壓閥、定位閥或其它設備的進口端，用來消除介質中的雜質，以保護閥門及設備的正常使用，減少設備維護費用。

燃氣過濾器安裝注意事項

燃氣過濾器通常應安裝在調壓器之前，且必須根據其上標明的氣體流動方向安裝；
  燃氣過濾器是由可洗的合成材料組成，安裝過濾器要注意蓋子能夠方便地打開，便于清潔和檢查；
  燃氣過濾器可以安裝在水平和垂直的管道上，不要把過濾器安裝在不穩固的基礎上；
  在檢修之前，請您務必確認燃氣過濾器內沒有燃氣之后，將過濾網卸下，用肥皂水清洗，然后自然風干，再重新安裝。

在檢修之前，請您務必確認燃氣過濾器內沒有燃氣之后，將過濾網卸下，用肥皂水清洗，然后自然風干，再重新安裝。

燃氣過濾器溫馨提示

安裝完畢后，必須做密封性檢驗。
  通氣時，瞬間氣量不宜過大。
  燃氣過濾器濾芯用微量的洗滌劑加清水清洗潔凈即可。
  選型需提供的參數：介質、最大使用壓力與口徑。

燃氣過濾器保養和維護

1. 日常維護、保養
     1)經常保持設各表面清潔。
     2)設備停車時，應及時按規定對快開盲板 (法蘭蓋)的各個轉動進行潤滑，開閉部位的絲杠，應涂潤滑油脂. 其它部位也盡量涂潤滑油脂. 對于無法涂潤滑油脂的部位，可注 10#或20#機油。
     2. 運行時的維護、保養
     1)建議由操作者負責設備平時的維護保養.
     2)經常保持設備表面清潔。
     3)隨時監測差壓計讀數，當使用壓差達到0.O2Mpa時，應沖洗濾芯。
     3. 檢驗周期
     1)本設備的定期檢驗必須嚴格按照“容規”第六章的有關規定進行。
     2)每年至少對本設備進行一次全面檢驗、設備壁厚的測雖，每兩年對設備的承壓焊縫進行無損檢測。所有的檢驗、檢測結果，應記入設備的技術擋案。
     3)設備內部有壓力時. 不得進行任何維修。對于特殊情況下的維修. 必須嚴格遵守“容規”第 122條的規定進行。
     4. 長期停放時的維修保養
     1)本設備長期停放時. 應將設備內液體排凈。
     2)關閉所有閥門。
     3)將設備表面徹底清理干凈。
     4)所有轉動部位涂防油脂。
     5)用帆布將設各全部蓋上，防止塵垢沉積在設備表面
