在光伏電站的建設施工過程中，接地工程多為隱蔽工程和邊角工程，經常被施工和監理人員所忽視。而有些接地系統一旦發生故障，在廣闊的廠區檢測故障點并修復往往要耗費大量人力和時間。因此，在建設過程中，各參建方應仔細審查、理解設計圖紙，各專業協同合作，對于設計圖紙中銜接不清或施工中存在的不確定應及時反映溝通，勿要放任敷衍，導致返工乃至威脅設備和人身安全。

工作接地方式主要有以下三種類型：（1）中性點非直接接地方式（I-T）。用電設備中性點不接入大地，（2）單個保護接地方式（T-T）。電源變壓器的中性點直接接地，用電設備外殼可導電部分直接接入大地（3）中性點直接接地方式（T-N）。在這種方式中，電力系統變壓器中性點直接接地，用電設備外殼可導電部分通過接地引下線和接地系統作良好的金屬性連接，。
