可曲撓橡膠接頭又稱作減振器、管道減震器、避震喉、柔性橡膠接頭、橡膠軟連接，軟接頭等�？汕鷵蠁吻蛳鹉z接頭是金屬管道的柔性聯接器，由內膠層、錦綸簾子布增強、外膠層復合的橡膠球體和松套金屬法蘭組成�，F引進國外先進生產工藝，制作過程中內層受到高壓力，錦綸簾子布和膠層得到更好的結合，比普通型可曲撓橡膠接頭的工作壓力更高，質量更好。它的特點是內膠層混然一體，光潔無縫痕，標簽采用硫化工藝，與產品結合在一起。具有耐壓高、彈性好、位移量大、平衡管道偏差、吸收振動、降低噪音效果好、安裝方便等特點。

水泵進口專用橡膠接頭產品內壁為光滑平面圓柱形，內襯聚酯簾布，外部凸起部分為鋼絲繩支撐環，內層膠為耐不同介質橡膠，外層為普通橡膠，主要功能為防止負壓吸扁和承受短時間內壓，避免因泵的動力和吸水振動而使吸水管下端擺動，使水流均勻提升及水泵電耗降低，另外，因橡膠接頭內壁垂直無凹槽，又防止了水泵吸水時產生渦流，從而提高水泵效率。

安裝方法：

1、橡膠接頭在安裝時嚴禁超位移極限。

2、安裝螺栓要對稱，逐步加壓擰緊，以防局部泄露。

3、平地、懸空、垂直安裝橡膠接頭時，橡膠接頭的實際工作軸向位移壓力應小于管道的支撐力，否則應安裝防拉脫裝置以防止工作受壓拉脫。

4、橡膠接頭應遠離熱源，臭氧區域，嚴禁強輻射光線照射。暴曬和使用不符合本產品要求的介質。

5、橡膠接頭在運輸、裝卸、安裝時、嚴禁銳利器具劃破表面密封面。

6、DN200MM以上產品在安裝時，請用蝶閥專用法蘭或者小口徑法蘭，以免防止在安裝后出現法蘭拉脫、漏水、滲水現象。
