                對于電工而言,閃弧危害已被證明是一個重大且危險的威脅。伊頓擁有ETAP、SKM等多款商業電力系統分析軟件許可證、經過專業培訓的閃弧分析高級工程師、資深的注冊電氣工程師團隊和專業資質認證現場服務工程師,已為眾多工廠和多家財富500強公司提供了全面合理的閃弧安全解決方案,實施閃弧危險評估,確定閃弧邊界和危害風險類別,很大程度地保護其員工免受閃弧危害。


                核心功能

                • 由伊頓現場服務及電力系統工程師團隊采集完成閃弧研究所需要的電氣系統數據;
                • 用采集的數據準確地建立并校對工廠配電系統計算機模型;
                • 根據當地和設備對應的IEC或ANSI標準進行短路電流計算及開關設備容量評估;
                • 進行整個電氣系統過流保護設備整定和協調性分析;
                • 根據OSHA聯邦管理條例、NFPA 70E 標準、IEEE 1584標準、美國國家電氣安全規程及CSA Z462的要求,使用系統模型計算整個電力系統中各帶電工作位置的閃弧危害。結果中包含閃弧邊界以及相應工作距離所對應的閃弧入射能量;
                • 提供詳細的降低閃弧危害的推薦方案并優化降低閃弧入射能量;
                • 為每個可能帶電操作的電氣設備點提供并安裝包含閃弧邊界及閃弧入射能量的設備警告標簽;
                • 為操作及維護帶電設備的員工講解分析結果并提供閃弧安全培訓。伊頓閃弧安全培訓包含在帶電設備附近工作潛在的危害、說明這些危害的標準、安全工作規程及保護工作人員免受這些危害的必要個人防護裝備(PPE)。
